Nick Greenwood
Nick has 20 years of experience in a variety of sectors with a focus on climate change, public policy, trade and investment, and economic analysis. He was previously Consul for the UK Government in northern Spain where he led the clean growth agenda in the run-up to COP26.
Nick develops and executes Novisto's climate strategy, guiding customers in decarbonization and climate resilience. Core areas of expertise include climate disclosure (TCFD, IFRS, ESRS) and carbon accounting (GHG Protocol, SBTi).
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Oxford University and a certificate in Financing and Deploying Clean Energy from Yale University. He lives in Bilbao, Spain, and is married with two young children.
David Hageraats
David has practical ESG reporting experience which he uses to help customers achieve their sustainability goals. Previously, he worked at a large Canadian bank and various start-ups, managing multi-stakeholder projects and engaging teams on their ESG data.
David has a BSc in Environmental Science and Biology from McGill University and an MSc in Sustainability Management from the University of Toronto. He holds the Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (FSA) Credential, issued by SASB (IFRS Foundation).
Monica Simha
Monica has over 8 years of experience in the sustainability and ESG space, specializing in business and human rights. Previously, she’s worked with various think tanks to identify human rights issues and develop mitigation plans across supply chains in the IT, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical industries.
Monica holds a Bachelor’s in Environmental Science, Chemistry, and Zoology from St. Joseph’s College and an MBA from the TERI School of Advanced Studies. She is also a SASB-certified FSA Level 1 Credential holder.
Aron Treso
After completing a graduate degree in management and sustainable development, Aron joined Novisto to support companies in their sustainability reporting cycles. This includes advising customers on quickly evolving market practices, regulations, and digital ESG disclosures.
Aron's profile is complemented by the IFRS FSA, GHG Protocol certificates, and GRI learning courses. Moreover, he possesses international experience in financial controlling, internal audit, and project management.
Félix Vallière
Félix joined Novisto in 2021 with a passion for driving positive change through sustainable business practices. With a background in Finance and a Master's degree in Management and Sustainable Development from HEC Montréal, he brings expertise in finance and a commitment to environmental and social responsibility.
In his role as Senior ESG Analyst at Novisto, Félix leverages a data-driven mindset to empower companies in their ESG journey.
Nick Sanscartier
As the commercial strategy lead at Novisto, Nick is responsible for partnerships and new verticals, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive end-to-end sustainability solutions.
Prior to Novisto, Nick gained a solid foundation in ESG at Bloomberg, holding product roles and supporting investors with ESG strategy implementation. Notably, he contributed to building Bloomberg's European ESG research business, publishing thematic research while also contributing to the development of their ESG ratings.
Nick holds a Bachelor's in Economics, having studied at both Queen’s University and the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Zoë Frances
Zoë is an expert in technology, ESG, and EHS, specializing in digitizing sustainability programs for multinational corporations. As head of product marketing, Zoë's mission is to connect with companies that can most benefit from the value of Novisto’s ESG management software.
A lifelong environmentalist, Zoë gives back to her community as a Butterfly Ranger with the David Suzuki Foundation. She holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Queen’s University and an MBA in Sustainability and Finance from the Schulich School of Business.
Marc Sell
Marc Sell is an experienced leader with 20+ years in product management, and 12+ years leading product teams. He has developed a diverse B2B software background working in multiple industries at startups/scale-ups and global enterprises such as Amazon, Deloitte, and Experian.
Previously, Marc was CPO at Mesaurabl, an ESG platform for the commercial real estate market.
Marc holds an MBA from Temple University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin. He currently lives in San Diego, California.
