Novisto is proud to announce the hiring of Sirel Oktamis as Chief Customer Officer. In this role, she will build and lead the entire Customer Success function for Novisto and our end-to-end ESG data management and reporting platform.
Oktamis brings nearly two decades of experience in the software development, digital marketing, and ad tech worlds, at both startups and large multinational corporations. She led Project Management, Account Management, Client Relations, as well as Operations (Finance, Legal, HR, Facilities) during her career. Joining AdGear (advertising tech platform start-up) in 2013 as VP of Operations, she actively contributed in preparing the company for growth and scale. Following AdGear’s acquisition by Samsung in 2016, Oktamis progressively expanded her role internationally within the Samsung Ads business to become the Global Head of Platform Operations, serving the needs of clients globally. In parallel, she led AdGear as President, with 200 employees in Canada.

Throughout her career, Oktamis has successfully led mandates in digital projects/systems strategies, development, implementation, and adoption with prestigious clients such as the Government of Canada, Bell Canada, Domtar, Air Transat, and many others.
She holds an MSc in IT from HEC Montreal and graduated with a BCom in Finance and Economics and an MA in Economics from McGill University.
