Sneha Phalke is a Senior Manager and Head of Natural Capital at GIST Impact, a market-leading provider of sustainability data and analytics. She brings 8+ years of extensive experience in helping financial institutions and corporates integrate impact, risk, and sustainability metrics into business and investment decision-making.
At GIST Impact, Sneha leads client engagement and strategic initiatives across nature, climate, and sustainability reporting, working at the intersection of science-based data, regulatory frameworks, and corporate strategy. Her work focuses on aligning GIST’s impact intelligence with emerging standards such as IFRS S2, TNFD, and CSRD, enabling clients to navigate evolving disclosure requirements and manage nature- and climate-related risks effectively.
Previously, Sneha worked with Eaton Corporation’s Sustainability team, focusing on GHG and circularity strategy, and with UBS Bank as a consultant to develop their integrated profit and loss statement across business divisions.
She is passionate about creating practical, data-driven solutions that bridge the gap between sustainability ambition and measurable, on-the-ground impact.
