Sonia Li Trottier
Sonia li Trottier is the Director of the Canada Climate Law Initiative (CCLI), a leading national organization that provides businesses and regulators with climate governance guidance so they can make informed decisions towards a net-zero economy. She works closely with C-level executives, corporate directors, pension fiduciaries, policymakers, and regulators to advance their understanding of the board’s legal duties with respect to climate change, best practices in climate governance, and sustainable finance. Sonia li sits on the Secretariat of Business Future Pathways, which aims to provide practical, internationally aligned, and investor-endorsed guidance to Canadian companies, empowering them to develop and report credible climate transition plans.
In 2025, Sonia li received the King Charles III’s Coronation Medal in recognition of her work in climate and sustainable finance and in 2024, she received a scholarship from Secrétariat de la Jeunesse and the Collège des administrateurs to complete the corporate director certification program. Sonia li completed the Governance Leadership Program of the Jeunes administrateurs de l’Institut sur la gouvernance (IGOPP) and she was part of Concertation Montréal’s Young Women Leader cohort.

Chad Park
Chad Park is the Vice President, Sustainability & Citizenship for The Co-operators. In this role he leads the co-operative’s efforts to embed and integrate sustainability principles throughout the organization, including in its investment strategy and underwriting practices. In this capacity, he serves as the lead representative of Co-operators to the Net Zero Asset Owners Alliance (NZAOA) and several other sustainable investing groups. He also oversees The Co-operators nation-wide community investment and partnership programs, including the Cooperators Community Funds.
Prior to joining The Co-operators in June 2020, Chad played a leadership role with several sustainability-focused organizations and initiatives. He served for five years as the Founding Director and Lead Animator of the Energy Futures Lab and also served as Executive Director of The Natural Step Canada. Chad earned his masters degree as a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar at the International Institute for Industrial Environmental Economics at Lund University in Sweden and completed the Oxford Social Finance Programme at Oxford University’s Saïd School of Business.

Miville Tremblay
Miville Tremblay is a Fellow invité at CIRANO and a regular op-ed contributor to La Presse. He is a member of the Board of directors of the Autorité des marchés financiers. As a former Chair of the Accounting Standards Oversight Committee, he was involved in the efforts to attract the International Sustainability Standards Board in Montreal and to set up the Canadian Sustainability Standards Board.
Before his retirement from the Bank of Canada in 2018, he was Senior Director and member of the Monetary Policy Review Committee and Financial Stability Review Committee of the central bank. Miville has started his career as a business reporter, mainly at La Presse, before becoming Director, Strategic Intelligence, at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec.
He holds an Executive MBA from Université du Québec à Montréal (UQÀM), a Master in Public Policy Analysis from Laval University and a BA in Political Science (International Relations) from McGill. He is a CFA charterholder and a former President of CFA Montreal.
